Building Better Neighborhoods: Modern Townhomes Underway
RC2 is proud to partner with Western Builders and the Holyoke Housing Authority on Phase 2 of the South Holyoke Homes project. In Q4 of 2024, we finalized the contract to manufacture, deliver, and install 59 modular units, creating 20 townhomes spanning 35,525 square feet. This project highlights our commitment to providing high-quality, sustainable housing solutions.
Manufacturing commenced in February 2025 at our Plant #2, where key stakeholders from Western Builders, the Holyoke Housing Authority, and their architect visited to inspect the exceptional fit and finish of the modular units. An independent HERS rater also meticulously inspected the units, ensuring they meet the highest standards for construction practice and energy efficiency. We're excited to bring these new homes to the Holyoke community.
